Our OEM Customized Stainless Steel Precision Turning Parts with CNC Machining provide uncompromising quality for engineers who demand precision in roundness, surface finish, and lot-to-lot consistency.
Key Features
- Manufactured from mill-certified 303, 304, 316L, or 17-4 PH stainless bar stock with ultrasonic testing for micro-cracks
- Miyano BNA-42MSY 7-axis CNC turning centers with 0.1-µm glass scales and high-pressure coolant
- Holds diametral tolerances to ±0.005 mm and surface finishes as smooth as Ra 0.2 µm
- Live tooling and Y-axis interpolation for milling off-center flats, cross-holes, and Torx-Plus sockets in single setup
- Passivated in citric acid baths to remove free iron, then vacuum-bagged with desiccant
- Optional electropolishing to ≤0.25 µm Ra with sterile double-bagging in ISO 7 clean-room conditions
- Includes lot-specific certificates for FDA 21 CFR 820 traceability audits

- Prototypes available in 3-5 days using in-house 3D-printed polymer mandrel process
