Customized High Quality and High Precision Laser Service Metal Sheet Stainless Steel Fabrication Frame Enclosure
Our micron-accurate, corrosion-resistant stainless steel enclosures provide the perfect structural solution for medical analyzers, robotic arms, and 19-inch sub-racks where precision is critical. Manufactured with ±0.02 mm positional accuracy, these enclosures eliminate the need for post-machining adjustments.
Key Features
  • Material options: 1.4301 (304) or 1.4404 (316L) stainless steel with ≤0.03% carbon content
  • 6 kW fiber-laser cutting with 0.1 mm kerf width and ±0.02 mm positional accuracy
  • 300 t CNC press brake forms 90° flanges to ±0.2° precision
  • Surface finish: Electropolished to Ra 0.4 µm, suitable for ISO 14644-1 Class 7 clean rooms
  • TIG-welded in Argon-2% CO₂ for full-penetration seams
  • ASTM A967 passivation provides 1,000 hours salt-spray immunity
  • Includes PEM inserts, grounding studs, and laser-etched QR codes for traceability
  • Final QC inspection performed on 0.5 µm CMM
