Professional-grade 1U rackmount server chassis designed for OEM/ODM projects requiring lightweight aluminum construction, superior thermal performance, and robust EMC shielding in a compact 44.45mm rack height.
Manufacturing Capabilities
  • 18,000 m² Shenzhen facility with complete vertical production chain
  • Advanced fabrication including 6 kW fiber-laser cutting, CNC punching, 300t press brakes
  • 5-axis aluminum milling and robotic MIG/TIG welding
  • Class-8 clean-room assembly and finishing processes
Material & Construction
  • 1.5mm 5052-H32 aluminum sheet (33% lighter than steel with superior thermal conductivity)
  • CNC press brake forming with ≤0.2mm twist tolerance for rail compatibility
  • 6063-T5 heat-sink rails friction-stir welded for 30% increased surface area
  • Clear-anodized to 15µm (500h salt-spray resistance) with optional RAL hard-coat
